Cass Allen were urgently drafted in to assess the noise impact of a new helicopter training facility adjacent to a part-developed residential complex.

Consultant Jonathan covertly took noise measurements from different areas of the complex to assess the potential effect on the prospective residents of the completed properties and to advise if any design changes need to be made to the remainder of the build to counter the internal noise levels.

The results of our survey showed that the windows and ventilation systems needed to be upgraded to achieve suitable noise standards, and to reduce the impact on any future occupants.
